Nine resources: vitality, health, opportunities, strength, mentality, psyche, well-being, quality, capabilities.Phototherapy is one of the methods of art therapy. Developed in the early 1970s in the United States and Canada as a method of corrective change. We have modified this approach in accordance with the current realities of life. Corrective algorithms are provided by the course developer so that you can feel the changes immediately after interacting with the images.If you want to receive resources from the Universe, open Acceptance.Access is granted as follows:Acceptance --> Resource reveal --> New opportunitiesAcceptance is the key to unlocking the resources that are important and necessary to make your life easy and joyful. You will need for successful completion of the course:1. Firm intention to complete all 10 study sessions in 10 days2. Pen and notepad for recording your thoughts, sensations, and feelings.You can record your feelings within the course in the "Task" section. There are 11 tasks in total – 10 main and 1 final.3. A place to practice where you will not be disturbed for at least 10 minutes.You just need to fix your attention on the image and then mentally keep it in front of you while the session is going on.The session will continue for a day after the active 10-minute phase.For convenience, we have made 10-minute videos that will allow you to be present at the moment. You can also use the image that is attached to each study session. Everything you need is included in the course.You will not need any additional materials to complete all 10 sessions in sequence.
